Starting with coaching, we get clear on your goals and target roles, remove roadblocks and ensure your confidence is strong, so it doesn’t derail opportunities. We then write your resume and LinkedIn profile (and often corporate bio too), provide guidance on how to attract the right opportunities through intentional networking, and share interviewing strategies and other ins and outs of the job search process – all so you land the job you want.

    Do you write my resume and LinkedIn profile?

    Yes, we write them from scratch through a thoughtful, iterative process that has driven client success for over 15 years. We start with a conversation, delving deep into your background and experience. We ask probing questions to pull out information that’s most relevant to the roles you seek, enabling us to gather much richer information about you than an existing resume or LinkedIn profile update, which is limited to the content on the page or screen. We draft your resume, share it with you for feedback and continue this iterative process until we have a great final version. There's no limit to the number of drafts written or time spent because our goal is to give you the best resume that is most relevant to what you want to do next. The same goes for your LinkedIn profile content. Clients always have more confidence in their new materials, which is part of our special sauce to help you present more confidently and clearly through your personal brand.

    How long does the process take?

    Time depends on three factors: which program you select (coaching time varies, sometimes extending several months); your availability (if you’re traveling or have work commitments, meetings maybe be scheduled several weeks apart); your response time to material drafts (the quicker you respond with feedback, the quicker we get to the next round and ultimately the final draft – whereas if you take two or three weeks to respond to each draft, this extends the process). All this said, typical engagement time ranges from six weeks to four months.

    We charge a flat fee that reflects our comprehensive coaching and personal branding process, including all meetings, writing/editing, research/prep and all phone and email communications between meetings. Pricing depends on the size and scope of the engagement; coaching time varies by program.
