She specializes in corporate boards, which started during her lawyer years advising companies on corporate governance and continued as a corporate board recruiter. Aimee has notable expertise in recruitment for public company boards, helping companies seeking to fill board openings, place executives on boards and improve board effectiveness.

An experienced nonprofit board director, Aimee was the Board Chair of Allow Good and a member of the Board of Directors of The School for Little Children.

Aimee has a JD from Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Private Directors Association.
