Morgan holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and as a SHRM – Senior Certified Professional. She earned an MS in Human Resource Education and Workforce Development from Louisiana State University, and a BS in Psychology from Iowa State University.
