Coaching and mentoring have been at the center of De’s diverse career, ranging from a financial services business owner and entrepreneur leading a family office, as well as leadership roles with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, Credit Suisse and the White House.
With experience living and working in New York City, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, GA and Durham, NC, De is currently based in the Research Triangle of North Carolina where she is active in numerous boards and service organizations, including The Duke University Library Advisory Board, Downtown Durham Rotary and Triangle Bridge Academy.
De has been a speaker to numerous executives at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, as well as other organizations on topics of career development, interviewing skills and trends in the job market.
De holds a BA from Duke University in Economics with Honors Distinction in Game Theory. Her advanced studies are in Finance at NYU’s Stern School of Business. She is a Certified Digital Career Specialist through the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches and also holds an accreditation as an Asset Management Specialist from the College for Financial Planning.
